Coach and Player Technical area is to be marked and properly enforced as directed by the State High
School Athletic Association guideline;
"Each team and coaching area must be a well marked, 20 yard (wide) by 10 foot (deep) zone. This area
must be no closer than 10 ft from the touch line. Officials will notify us if schools are failing to mark these specific areas.
National Federation rules require that coaches, team and personnel remain in this area during the game. If teams are on both
sides of the field, this area shall extend from 10 yds on each side of the halfway line for the distance of 20 yards."
Additional details can also be found in the 2006-2007 rules book.

We have completed work on the Coach's Referee Evaluation Form and submittal procedure. All MASRA Referees are asked to
begin using the Match Data Cards to provide match information to both home and visitor coaches prior to the start of the match.
More information can be found after selecting the MASRA Forms tab. These match data cards should be provided to coaches for all Varsity matches and can also be used for middle school and
JV as well.
